CoreStream Studios ("we", "us") operates the CoreStream creator coaching service at creator.corestreamstudios.com (the "Service"), which helps TikTok LIVE creators improve their streams using their own performance data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- TikTok account information. When you sign in with TikTok Login Kit, we
receive the profile fields you authorize — your TikTok open ID, username,
display name, avatar, profile link, and verification status — under the
user.info.basicanduser.info.profilescopes. - TikTok account statistics. With your authorization
(
user.info.stats), we read your follower, following, likes, and video counts to show you your audience size and growth. - Your public videos. With your authorization (
video.list), we may read your public video list to relate your content activity to your LIVE performance. We only access videos that are already public. - Creator performance data. For creators in our network, we process LIVE analytics (such as diamonds, Matches, multi-guest activity, stream counts, valid LIVE days, and follower growth) to generate coaching.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) and a session cookie used to keep you signed in.
2. How we use your information
- To authenticate you and show coaching tailored to your own streams.
- To calculate progress, goals, and recommendations.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not post, comment, message, or take any action on your TikTok account. We only read the analytics you authorize. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers, other creators, or third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose information only if required by law.
4. Data retention
We keep account and performance data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights"). Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging.
5. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can disconnect the app from your TikTok account at any time in your TikTok settings. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].
6. Security
The Service is served over HTTPS and access to data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children
The Service is intended for creators who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to anyone under 18. By using the Service you confirm you are 18 or older.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
