These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoreStream creator coaching service at creator.corestreamstudios.com (the "Service"), operated by CoreStream Studios ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides coaching, analytics, and educational guidance to help TikTok LIVE creators improve their streams, based on the creator's own performance data. The Service is informational and does not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or outcomes.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and meet TikTok's eligibility requirements to use the Service. When you sign in with TikTok, you authorize us to access the account information described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate TikTok's terms or any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other creators.

4. Relationship with TikTok

The Service uses TikTok APIs but is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok. We do not post, message, or take actions on your TikTok account; we only read the analytics you authorize. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok's own terms.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its coaching content, software, and branding, is owned by CoreStream Studios and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Your data remains yours.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Coaching and analytics are provided for guidance only and are not financial advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreStream Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost earnings or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect the app from TikTok at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
